12mm Weld Washers for RZR & Maverick x3 Suspension Mounts. Or Any UTVs & SXS & Off-road vehicles

These are 12mm machined weld washers intended to fix the suspension mounts on Polaris RZR, Maverick X3. (Can be used on any vehicle that uses 12mm bolts.) The holes on these UTVs get wallowed out over time because of the improperly shanked bolts that Polaris & Can-Am use. As well as thin mounts, and bolts that don’t stay torqued! 

If your control arm mounts holes are completely oblonged or wallowed out then weld washers are what you need to repair these holes, to make your suspension components be tight again! 

The weld washers have a large weld chamfer on one side and are flat on the other side to allow you to weld them either way you would like.  With our weld washers you are able to use thinner tabs and then weld our weld washers on the tabs to help keep the tab hole from “wollering” out.
