Choose Your Polycarbonate

All 3 Star Industries windshields are built from ¼" polycarbonate — the industry standard for strength and impact resistance.

Polycarbonate is:

• 250 times stronger than glass

• 30 times stronger than acrylic

• Highly resistant to cracking and breaking in harsh riding conditions

Unlike thinner windshields, our ¼" material resists bowing and flexing at high speeds and during transport, giving you a solid, secure feel on every ride.

¼” General Purpose Polycarbonate

Crystal-clear visibility with excellent durability and impact protection for everyday riding.

¼” Scratch-Resistant Polycarbonate

Features a proprietary hard coating that provides enhanced scratch resistance and UV protection while maintaining the incredible strength of polycarbonate.

¼” Tinted Polycarbonate (I30)

Manufactured from premium I30 gray tinted polycarbonate with 50% light transmission to help reduce glare while maintaining excellent visibility.

Designed for a Clean, Secure Fit

This windshield is CNC cut specifically for the CFMoto ZForce Z10 and Z10-4 for a precise fit that complements the aggressive styling of your machine.

Each windshield includes automotive-grade flexible PVC edge trim installed around all sides for a clean finished appearance while helping reduce vibration and rattling against the roll cage.

A durable and economical mounting option featuring zinc-plated steel clamps with a protective vinyl coating to help reduce vibration while securely fastening the windshield.

Quick Install Straps

Our fastest and easiest installation option — NO TOOLS REQUIRED.

Made from military-grade hook-and-loop material, these straps allow you to quickly install or remove your windshield in minutes. Simply thread the straps through the pre-cut slots and secure them to the cage.

Optional Adjustable Vents

Add dual adjustable vents to improve airflow inside the cab when conditions warm up.

A vent is positioned in front of both the driver and passenger and can be opened or closed by sliding the vent cover side-to-side, allowing you to control airflow while reducing dust swirl inside the cab.

Once the protective film has been removed, the windshield is no longer returnable or refundable.
