Sure-Lock is a visual fastener marking compound in a 30 mL bottle, with a precision tip for applying a clean line and identifying fasteners you have marked after torquing.

Product details

  • 30 mL bottle with precision applicator tip.
  • Available colors: orange, pink, green, white, yellow, blue, and red.
  • Drying time: 5–6 hours. Full cure: 48 hours.

How to apply Sure-Lock

  1. Complete the proper preparation, installation, and torque procedures for your fastener.
  2. Apply only to a clean, uncontaminated surface.
  3. Use the precision tip to apply your visual reference mark. Allow the stated drying and cure time.
  4. ALWAYS PUT “CAP” BACK ON AFTER EACH USE!
  5. Continue your regular fastener checks. A mark does not verify torque or replace inspection.

Use only for the intended purpose. If wet product contacts skin or clothing, wash with soap and water.

Is Sure-Lock a threadlocker?

Sure-Lock is sold for visual marking purposes. Do not rely on it to lock threads, prevent loosening, or verify that a fastener is correctly torqued.
