Switch-Pros 9100 Ground Block
Purpose-built for Switch-Pros 9100 systems, this 6061-T6 billet aluminum ground block gives your build a single, centralized, environment-proof grounding solution. Made in the USA with US materials and tools.
The Problem It Solves
Poor grounding is one of the most common — and most frustrating — causes of electrical problems in off-road vehicles. Vibration loosens connections. Dirt and corrosion degrade chassis ground points over time. When you're grounding multiple accessories at different points on the chassis, you're creating multiple potential failure points.
The result? Intermittent electrical gremlins that are nearly impossible to diagnose on the trail.
Our ground block eliminates that problem entirely. Every accessory grounds to one solid, sealed termination point — no chassis grounds, no corrosion risk, no vibration-induced failures.
Why You Need It
- Single termination point — all accessory grounds run to one block instead of scattered chassis points
- Sealed, corrosion-resistant terminals — matched to Switch-Pros 9100 system spec
- Vibration-proof — 6061-T6 billet aluminum construction holds up where chassis grounds fail
- 4 AWG negative ground cable — available in 2.5ft or 5ft depending on your routing distance to the battery
- Cleaner wiring — fewer connections at the battery, professional finish
- Made in the USA with US materials and tools

What to Expect During Installation
This is not a plug-and-play install. You'll need to size and modify harness lengths to reach your accessories, then terminate each ground wire using either the included end connectors or standard butt connectors. It's a straightforward process for anyone comfortable with basic wiring.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Why is grounding to the chassis a problem?
- Off-road vehicles experience constant vibration, mud, water, and temperature swings. Chassis ground points corrode and loosen over time, causing intermittent electrical failures that are extremely difficult to diagnose. A centralized ground block with sealed terminals eliminates these failure points entirely.
- What gauge is the ground cable?
- 4 AWG. Available in 2.5ft or 5ft — choose based on the routing distance from your ground block mounting location to the battery.
- Is this compatible with my Switch-Pros 9100?
- Yes — this ground block is purpose-built for the Switch-Pros 9100 8-circuit system. For the RCR system, use our RCR Ground Block.
- What vehicles does this work with?
- Any 12V vehicle — Can-Am Maverick X3, Maverick R, Commander, Polaris RZR, General, Ranger, and more.
- Is this a plug-and-play install?
- Not quite — you'll need to size and modify harness lengths to reach your accessories, then terminate each ground wire. Straightforward for anyone comfortable with basic wiring.
- Is this made in the USA?
- Yes. Every Reed Made Speed product is made in the USA with US materials and tools — not just assembled here.
