Designed as a direct bolt-on rear muffler upgrade, this system fits 2020-2026 RZR Pro XP and 2022-2024 RZR Turbo R models, including both 2-seat and 4-seat configurations.

Built in-house in the USA from 100% stainless steel, each exhaust is fully TIG welded for excellent strength, long-term durability, and premium quality. This RZR slip-on exhaust features a straight-through muffler design that improves exhaust flow while delivering a deep, aggressive sound without being excessively loud.

Our dyno-tested exhaust system has shown gains of approximately 7-10 horsepower to the tire while also weighing about 6 pounds less than the stock muffler. That means improved performance, reduced weight, and a more exciting exhaust note in one simple upgrade.

This exhaust is designed to work with the factory rear bumper cover for a clean fit and straightforward installation. For riders needing spark arrestor compatibility, the dual-tip option is designed to work with two factory spark arrestors.
